Yes. ClubStats now has a layered Play Cricket import path. Clubs can use standard CSV uploads, team-mapped CSV imports when multiple sides share a grade, optional direct fetch from Play Cricket where enabled, and match imports for scorecard context. You can start with the current season, then add more grades, match detail, or historical records as the club is ready.
It is designed to be staged. Set up the season and grades, choose the right import path, then ClubStats validates the data, maps players and teams, and gives you a review step before anything is loaded. Simple grade uploads stay quick, while shared-grade teams, automated fetches, and match imports give clubs a cleaner path when the data is more complex.
No. You can import grade by grade, or start with your main sides and expand later. ClubStats keeps everything linked as you add more CSV exports.
Once your tenant is live you’ll receive admin access. In the admin console you can create seasons, configure grades, and import Play Cricket CSV data. From there you can start tracking leaderboards, milestones, and match stats immediately.
Clubs retain ownership of all data they provide or authorise for import. ClubStats does not claim rights over third‑party content. You are responsible for complying with source‑system terms when authorising data imports.
No. All imports are initiated by you. Your data remains yours and ClubStats only processes it to deliver analytics and insights.
Your club's data is protected by two independent backup layers: continuous database backups with recovery covering the previous seven days, plus a separate nightly offsite database backup stored outside the primary hosting environment. Backups are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Small - Junior Club is for junior clubs and smaller community clubs. It is A$199/year + GST and includes the full ClubStats platform, future enhancements, and no additional module charges.
Small - Junior pricing is for junior clubs and smaller community clubs. Larger senior and mixed senior/junior clubs should choose Medium or Large based on club size and setup needs.
